中拉文明交流互鉴合作研究中心国际研讨会

为深化中国与拉美及加勒比国家在粮食贸易、森林保护、能源转型、气候变化、传统生态文化等领域科研合作，探索创新实践路径，推进文明互鉴，联合国环境规划署、中国人民大学、巴西米纳斯联邦大学等联合主办“中拉绿色未来与文明互鉴国际研讨会”。会议旨在搭建跨区域学术交流平台，汇聚全球智库、政府机构、企业及社会组织代表，在中拉合作中推进生态文明思想和可持续发展理念，讲好中拉生态文明故事，共享生态文明理念、方案和实践，促进人与自然和谐共生，推动可持续发展目标的实现。

And China-Latin America International Symposium on Green Future and Sharing Civilization

Green Development and Mutual Learning among Civilizations: New Opportunities for China-LAC Cooperation

1. Introduction
The Chinese University of China (RUC) and the Federal University of Minas Gerais (FUMG), Brazil, have successfully held two online international symposiums at 2021 and 2023 on sustainable development and ecological civilization in China and Latin America. On the occasion of the establishment of the China-LAC Cooperation Research Center for Green Future and Sharing Civilizations by Renmin University of Chinese and the University of Minas Gerais, in order to deepen scientific research cooperation between China and Latin American countries in the fields of food trade, forest protection, energy transition, climate change, traditional culture, explore innovative practical paths, and promote mutual learning among civilizations, Renmin University of China, UNEP and the Federal University of Minas Gerais jointly hosted the Third "International Symposium on Green Future and Sharing Civilizations between China and Latin America". The conference aims to build a cross-regional academic exchange platform, bringing together representatives of global think tanks, government agencies, enterprises and social organizations to promote the idea of ecological civilization and sustainable development in China-LAC cooperation, tell the story of ecological civilization between China and Latin America, share the concept, plan and practice of ecological civilization, promote the harmonious coexistence of man and nature, and enhance achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.

(1) Participants require to fill in the form of participants (attached in annex 1);  

(2) Participants who will give presentation on the conference, please submit abstract of presentation: no more than 500 words in Chinese, English, Spanish and Portuguese, including author information (name, affiliation, title).

No registration fee for the conference, and participants will be responsible for their own transportation and accommodation. The organizers will provide financial support for some invited experts.
